Frequently asked questions
Does Echo track location only during workouts?
Detailed routes are recorded after you start a workout. Echo may also use your current location to request the forecast for your area.
Where are workouts stored?
Detailed workouts and routes are stored in an on-device database. They may be lost if you uninstall the app or reset the device.
How do I delete all workouts?
Open Settings → Data & privacy → Delete all workout records. Finish any active workout first.
Are analytics and diagnostics required?
No. They are off by default and can be enabled separately. Core workout tracking remains available without consent.
Why is the map or weather unavailable?
Check device location services, Echo location permission and your network. GPS acquisition may be slower indoors or near tall buildings.
How do I delete my account?
Echo currently has no online account. Delete local workouts in settings.
